I’m currently reading some credit card reviews for I am really planning to apply a personal credit card for my shopping purposes online. Unfortunately, I had some problems with my old credit card provider for there are charges that are not mine! Yes, sad to say I might be a victim of identity theft. I’ve been contacting their customer services about it but apparently, they don’t know what to advice me. Urgh! I feel so horrible as of the moment because of the charges in my account.

Exquisite Satin Pillowcases, Mattress Covers, Bed Skirts and More

Now that I’m a stay at home mom, I’ve noticed that I began to develop a keen skill in decorating our home. Yup! I suddenly felt that I am a natural interior designer because I kept on changing most of our furniture arrangements and I’m trying to replace most of our home decors especially those located in our bedroom. 

A proof of that is that I recently bought some satin pillowcases to replace our old ones for I felt that they are too old already and I thought of trying some satin texture pillowcases for a change. I bought those satin pillowcases with hidden zipper for I really wanted them to be closed all the time and I want to keep my family safe especially my babies. Well, after buying the pillowcases, I’m now planning to buy some mattress covers for I felt that they are too torn already from constant washing. You see, I’m the type of person who usually want everything to be clean, that’s why most of the time, you could see me doing the laundry and washing most of our sheets, clothes, bed skirts and pillow cases. I usually do that especially after a long rain or a storm. I felt that I needed to clean them after that because the moisture from the rain may build bacteria on the sheets and especially on the mattress.

Anyways, I’m still thinking of what design I would choose for the mattress covers and I am also considering my budget. Lol! :)

I want a new Laptop

I want a new laptop!

Yup! I want to replace our old Compaq laptop with a new one. Why? You may ask? Well, Other than I wanted my laptop to have a build-in camera, I also wanted a much faster and reliable laptop. Unfortunately, our old laptop is having some problems on its speeds and capacity. Maybe because of the fact that it is an old model already and it really needs to be replace to compliment on the never-ending advancement of technology.

Moving on to a Simpler Life

As some of you know, we just lost our first ever dslr camera while we were on vacation last weekend. Unfortunately, we lost it in our very own room at the hotel. Urgh! It was actually my fault, I kept the dslr inside our room knowing that it will be much safer there. I swear that I lock our door but when we return from the beach we were shocked to see that our room’s door was opened. We immediately called the attention of the hotel’s admin and security. And true enough, someone came in into our room. We check our things and we were saddened to notice that our dslr was missing. Urgh! Though we were glad that that was the only thing missing and we felt that the whole incident was an inside job.

We had everything in the police right now but our hopes of finding our dslr is already gone especially now that we our home. We just have to accept the fact that we will never have our precious cam again.

Anyways, my husband told me to buy a new cam but this time we opted to buy a digital camera that is simpler and unnoticeable than a slr. We plan to buy this Casio Digital Camera.

Now, I’m asking you guys as to where to buy casio digital cameras at the source? I mean, they said that buying there will be much cheaper than buying in nearby stores. If anyone knows where and how, please leave me a comment here. Thank you very much.

I’m currently in need of residential address plaques for our house. You see, since we moved in to our new home, we never got the chance to order or install our very own personalized address plaques. If you’re the type of person that loves chatting online then you better try this uk chat that my friend Rodel discovered. You see, Rodel has been my friend since I was in high school and since then he never had any girlfriends. Why? Well, he was one of the few men that are a little shy in front of girls. Thrilled about the Swimming Pool and Swimming Pool Covers

My cousin Lei and I went to my Aunt Gie house last Friday. She invited us there because it was their house blessing. We’re actually excited to see my Aunt’s new house because she has been bragging about it since last year. She said that the house was really her dream house and she couldn’t ask for more. You see, the house initial construction was November last year and believe it or not the house finished its edifice last July! Too quick for a mansion to finish, huh?

Anyways, we were really excited to whole mansion but I was more thrilled to see the swimming pool that she said was one of the most beautiful of the pools I’ve seen. So, upon arriving in her house last Friday, I immediately asked my Aunt to tour me at the backyard where the swimming pool she was bragging about was located.

True enough it was to boast for! The pool was huge and has some exquisite swimming pool covers that I haven’t seen anywhere else. The moment I saw the pool I wanted to have a splash because the water was too beautiful as well because of the lightings. But of course, I opted not to because I might freeze in that cold night. Lol! Anyways, all I can say about my Aunt’s house was it was SUPERB! :)

As some of you know, we are currently selling our old Mitsibushi Lancer 93 car. Why? Well, we thought it’s now time to move to the next level and change our car for the better. My husband told me that he wanted to sell our car so that we could have additional funds to buy a brand new Honda Accord. Yup! It's Never too Late to Study

I’m currently looking for online degree programs in web designs for my husband. Yup! You heard it right, my husband thought that it is now time to enhance and improve his educational attainment. And because he really have no much time to travel from home to school and back, he decided to attend some online schools instead.

Actually, my husband holds a bachelor degree in Computer Science but because he needed to enhance his qualification in the field that he plans to enter in the future, he wanted to have an additional degree in a related field. After a year of thinking, he finally settled his mind and wants a degree in web designing. As some of us know, web designing nowadays is a great career to start with especially now that the internet is being used by almost every people in the world. And because websites are in demand, their design matters and it is all in the hand of a web designer. Great design will means great attention and may lead to great sales, right?

The Importance of Home Security and Entertainment

I’m currently reading some information about the home security Eldorado that my friend Susie has emailed me. She said that she plans to purchase a complete security system for her home. Unfortunately, her home has became a victim of robbery last week while she and her family where out of town. Robbery became rampant on their area and even the police who have put up a police post near the area are not yet successful in catching the culprits.

Because of this, her mom told her to put up a security system so that they will never experience again the horrible robbery thingy. Especially now that they just bought a new HD television with a newly installed Direct TV subscription which the robbers will definitely notice upon entering the house. They acquired the TV while they were on vacation in Las Vegas. They bought it at a really high price because of its brand and features.

Stain Removal Tips : Chocolate Stains

I love chocolates but I really hate them when they STAIN! Urgh! Total disaster I tell you. That's why to prevent my day from ruining if ever my son eat chocolates I opted to equip myself with some stain buster ways on how to immediately remove the stain.

Fabric

1. Scrape off excess chocolate.

2. Pretreat with a prewash stain remover.

3. Launder.

4. If the stain remains, launder again, using the type of bleach that's safe for the fabric.

Upholstery

1. Scrape off excess chocolate.

2. Mix one tablespoon of liquid hand dishwashing detergent with two cups of cool water.

3. Using a clean white cloth, sponge the stain with the detergent solution.

4. Blot until the liquid is absorbed.

5. Repeat Steps 3 and 4 until the stain disappears.

6. Sponge with cold water and blot dry.

OR

1. Using a clean white cloth, sponge the stain with a dry-cleaning solvent.

2. Blot until the solvent is absorbed.

3. Repeat Steps 1 and 2 until the stain disappears.

Carpet

1. Scrape off excess chocolate.

2. Mix one tablespoon of liquid hand dishwashing detergent with two cups of warm water.

3. Using a clean white cloth, sponge the stain with the detergent solution.

4. Blot until the liquid is absorbed.

5. Repeat Steps 3 and 4 until the stain disappears or is no longer absorbed into the cloth.

6. If the stain remains, mix one tablespoon of ammonia (Caution: Never mix chlorine bleach and ammonia - the resulting fumes are hazardous) with two cups of warm water.

7. Sponge the stain with the ammonia solution.

8. Blot until the liquid is absorbed.

9. Sponge with cold water and blot dry.

Ironing is generally not a favorite task, but if you use the right board and ironing-station organizer, the chore will be easier and more pleasant, and the board will never get in the way of the other things you have to do in the laundry room. Your choice of ironing board will basically come down to using a mounted board or a freestanding unit.

Mounted ironing boards:

A major advantage to wall-mounted boards is the access underneath. They let you iron difficult pieces such as dresses and pants more easily, by permitting the clothes to slide further onto the board without being impeded by board legs. There are two types of mounted boards: recessed and surface mounted. Recessed boards are completely hidden and out of the way when stored, while surface-mounted boards just fold up against the mounting platform in plain view.

Recessed (or hidden) ironing boards - are a stylish option. The cabinet doors and interiors are available in many surface treatments such as oak or pine. The recessed cabinet can be built to include storage for the iron and ironing supplies. But recessed boards require substantial modification of an existing wall. If you don't want to undertake such an extensive renovation, or if the laundry room doesn't have traditional walls, consider a surface-mounted board.

Surface-mounted ironing boards - fold up and out of the way just as recessed boards do, but the surface-mounted version is more easily installed. The basic mounting plate and hinge unit can be attached to wall studs and masonry walls fairly simply. With this type of board, you'll need to create a separate place for the iron and ironing supplies. A shelf above the board unit is often the best solution.

Freestanding ironing boards:

These are the simplest and least expensive ironing boards. Most boards are adjustable for different heights, and you can select from different lengths. You can store your freestanding board on a hanging organizer that includes hooks for the board and a bin or shelf for the iron and supplies. This type of organizer is attached to the wall or hung from the side of a tall shelving unit or cabinet. If you don't have any wall space for your board, you can buy a board hanger that mounts on the back of a door or hangs from the top of the door.
